3 Large Eggs
Zest of a Medium-sized Orange
1 1/4 tsp. liquid Stevia Extract
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Almond Milk

Here is how you make Orange Chocolate Swirl Bread:

Preheat oven to 300?F and grease a loaf pan well.Chocolate Swirl and Glaze Directions:In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, butter, and powdered Erythritol until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and set aside.Orange Bread Directions:In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Add Erythritol and beat until lighter and well combined; about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time.Beat in the orange zest and stevia extract.Beat in half the almond flour mixture, then, beat in the orange juice and almond milk. Beat in the remaining almond flour mixture until well combined.Spread half the mixture in the loaf pan, and then "dollop" with about 2/3 of the chocolate glaze. Use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the batter.Add the remaining batter and swirl a bit more, then smooth the top.Bake 55-60 minutes, or until the top is a deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
