Heat oven to 350F. Spray two loaf pans with a non stick cooking spray. Mix the Zucchini, agave, truvia, sugar, pureed fruit, vanilla, eggs, and egg whites in a large mixing bowl. Sift together the dry ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet. Fold in the chocolate chips. Divide the batter into the two loaf pans evenly. Back 50-60 mins or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool 10 mins in pans on wire cooling rack. Loosen loaves from the pans and cool on wire rack.
