Preheat oven or 350F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x9x5 pan. Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat stirring until smooth and creamy. Cool slightly and add Splenda. Blend until,smooth. Beat vanilla and eggs in separate bowl with electric mixer on high speed about 5 minutes. Beat in chocolate mixture on low speed.Beat in carbquik until just blended.
