250gr golden caster sugar

Here is how you make Chocolate Beetroot Brownies:

1. Put beetroot in food processor (discard juice)whizz until finely chopped. Melt chocolate and bertolli together in microwave aprox 2mins on medium, add to beetroot and whizz again until smooth.2. Heat oven 180c/160c fan gas4. Line and grease baking tin. 3. Whisk the eggs and sugar and vanilla together until thick, pale and foamy (about 2 mins). Fold the beetroot mixture into the egg and sugar. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, carefully fold this in.4.
