1/4 cup oats (cooked if you have leftovers, quick if not)
1/3 cup natural nut butter (I usually use peanut)
2/3 cup honey or any other natural sweetener
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa (if making brownies instead of blondies :-)


How Do I Make Chocolate Chip Blondies?

Here is how you make Chocolate Chip Blondies:

Blend the first 8 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth (add the cocoa if making brownies). Spread in an 8 x 8 baking pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray and swirl in the chocolate chips. Bake at 350 F for 10 - 15 min, or until the edges are set. Let cool slightly, then cut into 16 pieces.
