Preheat oven to 350.In medium bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until blended. Set aside.Cut roll of cookie dough in half. Take one half and break up in 8 or 9 inch baking pan and press with floured fingers evenly on bottom. Take peanut butter mixture and spread evenly on top of cookie dough layer. Take remaining cookie dough and break up evenly on top of peanut butter layer.Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.Let cool 30 minutes, then refrigerate another hour.
