Here is how you make Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups - LOWER CALORIE VERSION:

Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Set aside. Using a butcher knife or food processor, chop up the Kashi into smaller chunks so the bars will have some texture but no any huge pieces. Using same knife, chop up the nuts into small pieces. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the peanut butter, Kashi cerreal, sugar free maple syrup until mixed well. Spoon evenly among muffin cups. In another pan, combine soy milk and carob chips until melted. Spoon the chocolate evenly among muffin tins and top with sprinkles of nuts.
