This was my attempt at making a Paleo version of the Nutella Mug cake. Came out good - my kids LOVE it. You can add slivered almonds, walnuts, pecans etc instead of or in addition to the chocolate chips.

2 - 3 tbsps sugar (or to taste I prefer not so sweet)
2.5 - 3 tbsps Dark Cocoa Powder
One egg
2 tbsps Olive oil
3 tsps Milk (I used Coconut milk)
3 tbsps Almond Butter (I used Marantha which is a little sweeter than other brands, you may want to take notice and take that into consideration when adding sugar)

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine just until mixed. Fold in chips/nuts etc.In microwave safe bowl or mug microwave for 1 - 3 minutes. Usually only takes 1:45 to 2 min since I like a doughy texture.
