1/2 cup milk
3-1/2 tbsp cocoa

1 lb powdered sugar

Here is how you make Easy Chocolate Cake with Cooked Chocolate Frosting:

For cake:Combine all ingredients and beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for approximately 2-3 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center of cake. While cake is still hot, poke holes in it with the handle of a wooden spoon and pour on the frosting. Allow to cool and serve.Frosting:Combine butter (or margarine), cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Cook until butter is melted. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Mixture may be a little lumpy. Pour over hot chocolate cake.
