Here is how you make Caramel Chocolate Bars:

1. Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in double boiler top; melt.2. Meanwhile, combine dry cake mix, butter, and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk in bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.3. Spread half of batter in greased 9x13" pan.4. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Cool 2 minutes. 5. Spread caramel mixture carefully over baked layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Stir 1/2 cup walnuts into remaining batter. Drop by spoonfuls over all. Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.6. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
