Here is how you make Chocolate Cheese Quesadillas:

Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in a bowl. Heat pan over moderate heat and spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Place flatbread in heated pan and spread cream cheese mixture over half the bread. Top the cheese mixture with the four chocolate squares and cover the pan until the chocolate is spreadable. Take a butter knife or small heat resistant spatula and spread or swirl the chocolate over the cheese mixture. Take the half of the flatbread that is plain and fold it over the chocolate and cheese mixture. Cook in pan until the flatbread is somewhat golden and somewhat crisp on both sides.
