Preheat oven 350F. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan. Crust:In large bowl, cream together sugar and Country Crock until smooth and fluffy. Sift together flour, cocoa ad salt in a small bowl. At low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture until crumbly. Press evenly into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.Cheesecake:Combine sugar, half & half, Bailey's and cream cheese in food processor and process until smooth. Add egg substitute, followed by flour and vanilla. Pour filling over hot crust when it has finished baking. Return pan to oven and bake for 26 minutes, until the filling is set.
