Makes one 9" cheesecake - approx. 16 pieces Crust1. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl, press into bottom of 9" springform pan.2. Bake for 10 minutes at 375, let cool for 15 minutes before adding filling. Filling3. Melt semisweet chocolate in double boiler4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy and smooth.5.
