2 egg whites

4 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 a teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chocolate chip morsels

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Farenheit. Lay 4 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray. Beat together the applesauce, brown sugar blend, and sugar in a standing mixer. Then put in the chocolate extract and egg whites and beat. Sift together the flour and baking soda. Then put the salt in and mix until incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips. Take a teaspoon and drop the cookie batter one by one on the parchment paper, spreading them out evenly. Bake for 13-15 minutes. When they are done and have cooled, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely. When cooled completely, the cookies will be ready to eat.
