1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. broken pretzels
pretzel salt or kosher salt

Here is how you make Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chip Pretzel Cookies:

In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together on medium speed until light and fluffy (2-3 min.) On low speed, slowly add egg and vanilla. Beat to combine, scraping down sides of bowl.Add flour mixture and beat just until there are no more streaks of flour. Stir in chips and pretzels. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.Preheat oven to 350*. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop out well rounded tablespoons of dough and sprinkly with pretzel salt. Leave about 2" between each ball. Bake 10 min. If you prefer crispier cookies increase the baking time by 1-2 min.
