1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Here is how you make Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies-Baked:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray cookie sheets with Pam for baking. Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.2. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Stop using electric mixer and stir in the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets, leaving 1-2 inches between cookies.3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. [note: for soft,chewy center - take out at 8 min - they may not look done in the center but they will “fall” and spread out as they cool on the baking sheet.] Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
