Here is how you make Chocolate Peanut-Butter No Bake Cookies:

In a heavy saucepan bring the honey, cocoa and milk to a boil. Whisk in the cut up butter. Lower heat to medium high and let the mixture boil for 1 minute, whisking the entire time. Remove pot from burner and add the peanut butter and vanilla. Stir a few times and then add the oatmeal and stir once again until well mixed.
