Mix until thoroughly blended. Add eggs and vanilla and blend in. Stir in chocolate chips.4---Begin preheating oven to 375.5---Pour about half of the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Stir in until flour is completely moistened. Add the rest of the flour and stir until blended in.6---Using a small spoon, scoop out 1/2 Tbsp of dough (about the size of a grape) and drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Place each scoop at least 2 inches apart. Prep each additional sheet of cookies while baking.7---Bake cookies about 7-9 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned around the edges, slightly puffy, and slightly dry-looking on surface. If somewhat crisp cookies are desired, continue cooking until the top is slightly browned. Immediately remove cookies from cookie sheet with spatula and let them cool on rack or flat surface. Usually cookies are baked in 5 batches; four are 20, with the final pan being only 10 cookies.
