Mini Chocolate or Carob Chips, 10 oz

Here is how you make Fall Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Preheat oven to 300*In a large bowl, combine butter, pumpkin, sugar, and honey. With an electric mixer, on low, cream until well blended. Add baking soda and salt; mix well. Add vanilla and spices; mix well. You may notice the ingredients separating slightly; this is normal.Put flax seed & water in a small pan over medium heat. Boil for a few seconds and remove from heat. Add to dough; mix well.Add flour slowly, mixing well. Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add mini chocolate chips and mix by hand.Spoon mixture onto cookie sheet by the teaspoon about 1/2" apart. Bake for 15-20 minutes.Makes approximately 40 small cookies.
