Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and stir to mix. Add applesauce, sorghum and vanilla and stir to mix. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet (I use Pampered Chef stone so no fat required). Flatten cookie with fingers. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
