Preheat your oven to 375, prep your pans as needed. I prefer parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix together the sifted flour alternative, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside. In a large mixing bowl, preferably using a mixer, blend together the butter, sugar alternatives, and the vanilla extract. Slowly add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl to the mixing bowl mixing well. Scraping the bowl sides as needed. Now fold in the chocolate chips. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
