Cook until a low boil on medium heat. Add vanilla. cook until shiny about 6 minutes stirring often. It's ready when you drop one drop into 1/2 c. of cold water and the drop sinks, but holds together.Add oats and peanut butter mix to the chocolate mix. Stir all together. Remove from heat. Be quick about spooning mixture out onto prepared surface. It hardens quickly! Let cool. Store in airtight containers.I dip out a heaping tablespoon at a time.
