1/4 cup buttermilk (I buy the powdered buttermilk from Bulk Barn and just make as much as I need for whatever recipe I'm making at the time... regular milk works as well though if you don't have this)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Mix all dry ingredients well. Blend all wet ingredients in blender for 1-2 mins and then add the dry ingredients until just moist. Bake at 325 degrees farenheight for about 11 minutes.
