Combine flours, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Cream together butter and sugars. Add vanilla and egg whites. Beat for one minute. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add chocolate chips and mix. Batter will be crumbly, that is normal. Measure by level tablespoons onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
