1. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into medium bowl. 2. Place butter in large bowl; add in both sugars and whisk until well blended. Whisk in large eggs, one at a time. Then add in the vanilla and almond extracts. Whisk in the dry ingredients from the medium bowl. 3. Divide the batter among 8 ramekins and top each with 2 tbsp chocolate chips. Gently press chips into batter. 4. Cover and chill ramekins for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.5. Combine cream and powdered sugar in medium bowl. Whisk until peaks form. Refrigerate up to 1 hour.6. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 F.7. Let filled ramekins stand at room temperature 5 minutes.8.
