Here is how you make Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream Churned:

Blend 1 can condensed milk and 1/2 cup syrup in blender until well blended. Add half and half and pulse until just blended. This will add air to the mix and help make sure it doesn't freeze hard as a rock. Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and run for about 30 minutes. I had to put my ice cream drum in the freezer for 20 minutes and then run the ice cream maker another 10 minutes.
