2.5 oz (70-75 g) Montezuma's Dark Chocolate Absolute Black with Cocoa Nibs (any 100% dark chocolate will do)
.5 tbsp Raw cacao butter
7 drops - Stevia Drops, Sweet Leaf chocolate

Here is how you make Double chocolate peppermint fat bombs:

Mix the melted coconut oil with the swerve and peppermint essence.Pour half the mixture into silicon molds or ice cube trays. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until set. This will become the white layer.Now add the cocoa powder and 5 drops stevia to the remaining mixture, then pour onto the white layer which has set in the fridge.Pop back into the fridge until set completely, 10-15 minutes.Once set, pop the set fat bombs out of their silicone molds and set aside in the fridge to keep them cold.Melt the dark chocolate with the cacao butter. (I do it in the microwave). Add 2 drops stevia and mix well.Pour the dark chocolate mix into the bottom of each mold that you just removed the fat bombs from. Press a cold, set fat bomb into the mold on top of the liquid chocolate mix until the chocolate squeezes up the sides of the mold to cover the edges. Do that for each fat bomb.Put in the fridge to set for an hour.Once set, pop each fat bomb out of the molds and store in the freezer.Serving Size:?12 fat bombs
