Here is how you make Fudgy Chocolate Crinkles:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in applesauce until smooth. In a large bowl, beat together Truvia, eggs and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour and baking soda. Chill dough for 2-3 hours or overnight. Pour about one cup of confectioner's sugar in a shallow bowl. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch diameter balls and roll balls in confectioner's sugar. Place balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will flatten out and surface will crack.
