Here is how you make chocolate granola star crunchies:

There is no great science to making these. You melt whatever chocolate is your favorite or you have on hand in a bowl in 30 second intervals. Stirring after each 30 seconds until choclate is melted. You can use as much or as little as you want or have. Once the chocolate is melted you stir in a healthy cereal. Keep adding cereal until chocolate is just coating the ceral and there are a few bare spots. The mixture should just stick together. Dump by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with non-stick foil or coated with cooking spray. Let crunchies settle for 1 min. then put cookie sheet into freezer for 30 min to set chocolate.
