Here is how you make Lavender Chocolate Nut Truffles:

Melt peanut butter, dark chocolate bar, and shortening in microwave safe container until softened. Add in powdered sugar and cornstarch and mix well. Put mixture into the freezer.Mix cocoa powder with oil, add truvia and honey. Heat gradually in 30 second increments in the microwave, and stir to dissolve the truvia between phases. Put it to the side and allow to cool.Next, take the walnuts and crush them into a fine dust. Putting them into a Ziploc bag and smash with a heavy utensil or cup is a mess free method. Transfer into a shallow dish.After 10 minutes has passed, remove peanut butter balls from the freezer. Take each one, and roll in the walnut dust and place on a foil lined baking sheet.Once all of the balls have been lined up, take the chocolate sauce, and pour on top of the truffles in a stripe, or any design. Place back into the freezer to solidify more.After 30 minutes, remove, and enjoy.
