How Do I Make Chocolate molten lava baked oatmeal?

Here is how you make Chocolate molten lava baked oatmeal:

Preheat the oven to 350F (180c). Prepare a ramekin/oven safe dish by greasing or spraying the sides. Shake in a bit of cocoa powder, and tap it around the ramekin so there is a fine coating of powder covering the surface. This helps to loosen the oatmeal when done.In a bowl, combine the oats, salt, baking powder, and the rest of the cocoa. Whisk with a fork to for an even mixture. Add in the syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Add in the milk one tablespoon at a time, stopping when the mixture looks like batter. You want it to be thick and wet, but not puddling.Transfer about half of the oatmeal to the ramekin. Place the chocolate on top, in the center, so that none is touching the sides. Pour the rest of the oatmeal over this and press down lightly for an even top. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the top has just begun to set.Let cool for about 5 minutes. Wiggle the blade of a knife around the edges, being careful not to cut into the cake. Place a plate on top of the ramekin, and invert the whole thing. The oatmeal should fall out rather easily. Top with any other desired toppings, and eat immediately, while the chocolate is still melted and hot. Enjoy.Serving Size: 2Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GTKARLA.
