Combine dry ingredients into sifter. Sift into pot and stir. In a separate pot heat milk and gradually blend milk into dry ingredients. Stir until filling boils. Boil for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Press plastic wrap over chocolate to prevent filming. Put in refrigerator.
