Mix box boxes of pudding with 2.5 cups skim milk. Mix till thickened a bit. Put 1 and half cups of pudding into cookie crust. Mix remaining pudding with 1 cup Cool Whip Lite. Layer on top of pudding already in pie crust. Top with remaining cool whip.Chill for at least 30 minutes till set.
