Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mill oats and wheat cereal into flour with food processor or Ninja. Pour all dry ingredients in to bowl, except sugars and choc chips. Mix sugar and all wet ingredients in blender or Ninja. Pour liquid mixture slowly in to flour mixture, fold together with wooden spoon. Add choc chips, mix in.
