Beat egg whites & 1/3 cup sugar until soft peaks form. In a large bowl, beat remaining sugar & egg yolks until pale & creamy. Then fold in the ground hazelnuts and chia seeds. Finally fold in egg whites.4. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Allow to cool.
