1. Beat together butter and sugar at medium speed for 2-3min until very smooth. Add vanilla and reduce speed to low. In small batches, add in flour. DONT OVER WORK THE DOUGH. Fold in chocolate chips.2. Transfer the dough into a gallon ziplock bag and roll the dough into that shape of the bag. Press as much air as possible from the bag and freeze the dough for 2 hours. 3. Preheat oven to 325 and line two baking sheets with parchment.4. Cut dough out of bag and then cut dough into 1.5inch squares (6 rows, 7 columns).
