2 pounds of strawberries
1 tsp crisco shortening
1 bag Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 bag Hershey's White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Bag Hershey's Dark Chocolate Chips

Here is how you make Delux Chocolate Covered Strawberries:

Each Serving is 2 strawberries2 lbs of Large strawberries.Wash and Dry the strawberries. Then using a double boiler, melt the bag of milk chocolate chips with about 1 tsp of Crisco. Dip DRY, CLEAN berries into chocolate and roll them until covered. Place berries on waxed paper and set aside. Then melt white chocolate and add crisco...only half tsp. Pour the white chocolate into a sandwich bag and put a very small hole in one corner. (Use this bag like a pastry bag to drizzle the White chocolate over strawberries). Repeat the process with the 1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips and drizzle. Place completed strawberries in the fridge so the chocolate hardens and then enjoy!!!!
