Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers (DO NOT CRUSH).Mix pudding, milk, and cool whip together.Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over bottom layer of crackers. Put one more layer of whole graham crackers over pudding. Spread other half pudding mixture over crackers, then put on another layer of crackers.
