Powdered Sugar How Do I Make HealthierLynn's Chocolate Crinkles?Here is how you make HealthierLynn's Chocolate Crinkles: **The cookie batter needs to be refrigerated overnight. The 30 minutes shown for preparation time is to make the batter.Mix oil, melted chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla extract. Measure sifted flour. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours, or overnight.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll approximately one teaspoon of dough in the palm of your hand to form a ball. Roll the ball of dough in powdered sugar. Place about 2" apart on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with a non-stick coating.
