Here is how you make Cinnamon Baking Bits:

Mix all 4 ingredients together to crumbly.Place parchment on baking sheet. Using another piece on top, roll this mix out into the shape of the pan, so it is 1/4 in thick.Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. It will NOT be crispy.Place paper on rack and let cool. It hardens up. When cool, using a ruler and a pizza cutter, cut into 1/8 inch strips. Just as narrow as you can handle. Then turn it crosswise and cut again, getting tiny cinnamon bits. Store in jar for up to 2 months. (Never lasts that long around here.)
