1 egg
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 T. instant coffee granules
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of water

Glaze Ingredients:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
5 tsp cold coffee


How Do I Make Cinnamon Espresso Bars?

Here is how you make Cinnamon Espresso Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray and flour. In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat together the sugar, butter, and eggs on medium speed until well blended. Mix in all other bar ingredients until well blended. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 20-22 minutes. While bars are baking, mix all glaze ingredients together until blended. When bars are removed from the oven, drizzle glaze ingredients all over the top while they are still warm.
