In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat together the sugar, butter, and eggs on medium speed until well blended. Mix in all other bar ingredients until well blended. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 20-22 minutes. While bars are baking, mix all glaze ingredients together until blended. When bars are removed from the oven, drizzle glaze ingredients all over the top while they are still warm.
