Mix the cheeses together in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 30 second intervals just enough to bind together (about 1.5 minutes). Mix sugar, egg, almond flour into cheese mixture. Put between two sheets of parchment paper and roll to about 1/4" - 1/2" thick rectangle. Mix sugar, 1tbsp butter, and cinnamon together and spread on dough. Roll from long side and cut into 6 pieces, less if you want bigger rolls (will change carb count). Put on baking sheet, lined with parchment, and bake for 15 minutes at 350. While cooking mix together 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 tbsp cream cheese (softened) together for glaze. When rolls come out of oven put some glaze on each one.
