Preheat oven to 400. In food processor, mix flour and baking powder. Add in butter & sugar and pulse til crumbly. Pour into bowl and add cinnamon chips and milk until dough comes together. Split into 2 lumps on counter and form each lump into 8 scones. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash. Can sprinkle with sugar in the raw. Bake for 15 minutes or so til light brown. Serving Size:?makes 16 scones
