Here is how you make Apricot Cobbler:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 9 pan, drain most of the liquids from the apricots keeping some for sweetness. Put them in the pan and the nutmeg, mix- and then spread evenly. In a large bowl combine flour and baking powder. Mix. In a smaller bowl mix milk, egg, vanilla and butter. Slowly blend these ingredients in to the flour mixture.
