How Do I Make Deep Dish Blackberry Cobbler?

Here is how you make Deep Dish Blackberry Cobbler:

On stove put fruit in boiler and cover with water and 1/2 cup of sugar. Cook for about 15 minutes. Turn oven to 350. Place 1 stick of butter in deep pyrex baking dish and place in oven until melted. Take from oven add 3/4 cup self rising flour or bisquick, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup buttermilk and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix ingredients well. When fruit is hot pour into crust mixture and place in oven for 30 minutes. Crust bakes around and through the fruit. Remove after 30 minutes and enjoy. You can use whatever fruit you wish.
