Here is how you make Pennys Rhubarb Cobbler:

Mix sugar and flour well. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Mix together and set aside while you prepare the crust; stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved.Prepare as any pie dough. Make one large ball and cut, making one part larger. Place the larger piece in the bottom and up the sides of a 9" X 13" baking pan. Pour in the rhubarb, sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Place top crust on pinching edges together and crimping all the way around. Make slits in the top crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
