Here is how you make Coconut-Apricot-Almond Macaroons:

Preheat oven to 325F degrees.Spray baking sheets with pan-release.In a large mixing bowl combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in the egg whites and vanill or almond extract. Add the chopped almonds and dried apricots. Drop small spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
