2/3 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Icing
1/4 Cup coconut oil
4 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 Cup xylitol (again, I use Ideal)
1/2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.Begin by melting coconut oil in microwave. Mix coconut oil, xylitol and applesauce. Add almond milk.In a separate bowl combine the whey protein, oat flour, baking soda, coco powder, and sea salt.Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture in thirds.Spray pan with cooking spray. Add batter. Bake about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean.For the icing, allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature.
