Here is how you make Lite Coconut Flan:

Preheat oven to 325.Put a kettle full of water on to boilPut all ingredients into the bowl of a mixer. Mix until well blenede.Spray a ceramic or glass pie plate with cooking oil spray. Pour batter into oiled dish. Place pie plate into a large roastin pan. Carefully pour boiling water into the roasting pan until it comes 1/2 of the way up the pie plate. Put into preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour or until the center is set and top begins to turn golden brown.Remove from oven. Remove pie plate from water bath and allow to cool.
