Combine the evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Still stirring, reduce heat to a slow boil and cook for 12 minutes. Remove from heat; add the coconut and chopped pecans. Cool until it's thick enough to spread.***Never stop stirring until the frosting is completely done!!
